Suppitassu, the only Hittite Lake in Sivas, is located at the foot of Kulmaç Mountain at about 1900 altitude. The lake, which belongs to Sarissa, the historical Hittite city, is known as a sacred lake that the great king comes in every spring.
The king road is located at the altitude of 2021 on the upper side of the lake. On the western side, there is a temple that is not excavated.
Although an application has been made to clean the lake and bring it into tourism, no action has been taken yet.
